I Purchased A New Dell Laptop From Pune. The Laptop Did Not Worked Well From Day *. When I Tried Raising A Complaint, It Said Warranty Has Expired(mistake number *
). I tried Reaching Dell To Make The Warranty Correct And After * Weeks Of Hard Struggle The Warranty Was Updated. Now, The Dell Support Team started expermimenting To Repair The Laptop, Doing Multiple Uninstall And Install , But The Performance Of This Laptop Never Improved. Even Basic Office Tool Like Excel And Word Hanged. All Browsers Hanged. The Whole Laptop Hanged Continously And Made It Difficult For Me To Work Even For Few Minutes. Ultimately Leading To Lots Of Frustration. I Asked For A Replacement , The Dell Representative Said That It S Not In The Policy. They Said We Have Tried Everyhting At Our End To Fix It. But Unfortunately, This Piece's Performance Is Extremely Poor. I Would Like Dell To Replace My Laptop And Also Accept The Responsibility Of My * Month Waste Of Time, Chasing Them So Hard Leading To The Great Loss In My Proffessioal Life As Well. My office work involve just accessing the internet and the browser but even that cant be ccessed due to poor performance of the laptop which was delivered. And now even the dell representatives have stopped replying to my mail and are not even answering calls.
