The primary issue I encountered was an extremely delayed delivery of my package. According to the tracking information, my parcel was picked up from the sender's location over a month ago, but it has yet to arrive at my doorstep. This extended delay has caused significant inconvenience, as the package contained essential items that I urgently needed.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency and updates during this process has been disheartening. Whenever I attempted to track my package, the status remained unchanged or provided vague and unhelpful information. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be kept informed about the whereabouts of my package, especially when it is significantly delayed.
i went to the nearest branch of delhivery , called many times to the customer care , emailed many times , i dint get any reply
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
