Prashant Gupta filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 11, 2021
I asked the delivery guy to deliver the food regardless I pickup the call or not. As I was not able to pickup the call at the time of delivery due to some activity.
He doesn't deliver the order, raises complaint to swiggy that I, the customer, isn't responding to his calls and gets my order cancelled.
I call the delivery guy after ** minutes and he says come and pick it up from his location, which is * kms away from my location.
Now swiggy:
*. Doesn't place the order again.
*. Doesn't share the contact of delivery guy. (He clearly ate my food which I paid for by hard earned money as he cut the call immediately in fear when I called him, that number is switched off now
