I have ordered an indie wild champi hair oil from nykka cosmetics on Feb *th and it got cancelled by its own on *th Feb since then I've been calling Customer care regarding my refund whenever I call they were saying like that I will get my refund on the next * business days from the day when I call then , till now I've called them *times in this month but they haven't given back my refund , is this the way nykka treat their customers?? It has really disappointed me even tho it was their fault that it got cancelled , they haven't done any solution till now
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
