They always cancel my product especially when i put COD .. im facing this problem from past *year .. this time i placed order of too faced palette and got *freebies ..and after that they cancelled them i talked to customer care firstly service is damn slow .. secondly they cancelled without my consent.. thirdly, they put on alegations on me that im a shopkeeper they dn't sell them to those which actually disturbed me and which lead to mentall stress they disturbed me i felt this is the way they behave with customrrs whom they do this with..if there is no reason they can explain then they put on alegations on customer i felt mentally harassed and there action made me to do this.. and they couldn't do anything to help me with my order.. shame on nykka so badly they treat and do whatever they want to
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
