Nykka cosmetics - Package not dilevered

Package was to be delivered on ** January but their was no attempt on dilevery. Then I received message from xpressbees saying that product was not able to delivered because customer was not available at given address. Its been already * days and I have not received my parcel yet. AWB:**************
