I ordered food yesterday from Swiggy, order number:************. Ordered the food around **:**PM, delivery time was showing around ** minutes. When I didn't received my order more than an hour, I contacted Swiggy customer support and asked to refund my money for the order delay. The agent I talked to was so arrogant, he threaten to cancel my order and then provide the refund.
When I said I'll file a complain, send me the chat transcript, he said we don't have option to send the chat transcript.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
