Ordered dinner from Zomato... after waiting for ** mins, zomato cancelled my order stating that my order was collected by some other delivery guy and now they cant track and deliver it to me.
Given that I have already waited till *:**pm, again reordering wud mean id need to wait till about **pm for dinner.
Upon raising concerns with customer support executive, they say nothing is possible, they cant get in touch with delivery guy who took my order nor give any compensation for my inconvenience.
If customer cancels order, zomato charges cancellation fee. If zomato cancels our order after ** mins, how can they wash their hands away stating that nothing can be done
