I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had with one of your delivery executives on [date]. The individual was exceptionally rude and impatient while delivering my package.
As I was not at home, it took a few moments for me to complete the process of scanning and paying the amount. Instead of understanding the situation, the delivery executive displayed unprofessional behavior, speaking rudely and acting hurriedly throughout the interaction.
I believe every customer deserves respectful and courteous service, regardless of the circumstances. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure your delivery staff adheres to basic standards of customer service in the future.
