So, I placed my first order from Swiggy today. How wonderful is it that the delivery person employed by you uses the contact details to later bug me at *pm at night on my Whatsapp.
First, for the displayed ETA of *mins I wait nearly **mins and then I enagage in blocking people off my Whatsapp list.
Please filter the people you employ. This isn't the experience I would ever look forward to.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
