I had ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut located at City Mall in the Mohaddipur area. I entered my address as H.no **-D, Darghiya Nanda Nagar, Kunraghat, Mohaddipur, Gorakhpur. However, the delivery boy said that his app was only showing "Mohaddipur" as the address.
When I informed him that he needed to come to Nanda Nagar, he initially claimed he didn't know where Nanda Nagar was. After some verbal exchange, he stated that he couldn't come because it was * km away from his location and refused to deliver to my address. Five minutes later, he canceled the order, and I was charged the full amount as a penalty for canceling the order.
There was a celebration at my house, and we were waiting for the pizza. Due to the delay, our celebration was disrupted, and it was already too late. As a result, I had to order another pizza.
I am very disappointed with this experience.
