Pratik Bissa filed complaint against Swiggy on May 5, 2019
I placed an order at *:** pm and it was *:** pm but I didn't receive my said order. So I called the delivery boy to know where my order was and he abused me for nothing. When he arrived at my doorstep and I asked him to call his superiors he tried to run away on his bike with my order. I don't think this kind of behaviour is tolerable. Please look into this matter. For me, it was a very serious one and it hurts the image of "SWIGGY" along with my self-respect.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
