Swiggy - Delivery boy cancelled my order and they charged full cancellation fees

I ordered from kfc today at around *.** order no. #***********
But the delivery boy cancelled my order and refused to deliver at the given address mentioned in the bill . The bill is attached to this email clearly mentioning the address as */***, vishal khand.
But the delivery boy went to some other address which was automatically pinpointed without checking exact address given in the order form.

I am attaching the cancelled bill which has correct address though he refused to deliver there.

After mailing the swiggy customer they just refunded me only Rs.*** back though h the charged cancellation fees was rs****.
I mailed them back but getting same reply that Rs. *** has been intiated.

It was delivery boy who cancelled the order, he refused to deliver food in the mentioned address but they are charging me. I have provide correct address as */*** vishal khand same mentioned in cancelled receipt.

I want my full refund of rs **** not jst partial refund of rs *** which they initiated.
I want left amount rs *** to refunded me back.
