I purchased all the things from Big Bazar and since it became heavy I chose free home delivery service.
On Sunday, they came to deliver but our home was locked so we didn't get the delivery. Then on monday they said they came but they didn't call us or inform us. So, at evening I went to get the package delivered. They assigned a person with me. He took his bycycle and I told him to come near my house where there is a big market known as BJ Market, Saalt Lake, Kolkata. Then, I waited there for * hour but he didn't come. They already has taken my sign on receiving. Now, I am unable to contact them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
