On date **/**/****, we had visited Reliance Retail Ltd. Nashik Road & purchased Samsung front load washing machine(*kg). At the time of purchasing, we have transferred price amount. Salesman advised that item delivered on **/**/**** and installed on **/**/****. Material delivered on **/**/**** not placed in proper place. And not installed within ** hours. Then we contact the salesman, he didn't communicate properly. As per the above briefly, explained matter our expectation doesn't fulfill by the salesman. So, we don't need this product due to their bad service. Therefore, we want refund the amount regarding this item.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
