Flipkart - Delivery agent too rude and denied delivery

Seriously, flipkart delivery agent need to learn manners and know how to talk to customers. This fellow called me in the morning, but due to network issues I didn't receive the call. After ** mins, I got missed call message and immediately called him back. He started shouting at me, and asked me to collect the delivery * km from my house. He says it's my problem that I didn't receive the call. How pathetic and rude of him!!! Being a regular customer of flipkart, this was very dissatisfying and makes me want to opt for alternative e commerce sites.
