Xpressbees Courier - Delivery agent misbehaved

This delivery agent with the following phone number ********** had to deliver a parcel with AWB **************. I tried to contact him for around * days but he didn’t responded to any of the calls. After * days of endless calls he picked up and told me he’ll call back in few minutes after reaching his workplace. But he didn’t call me until the same evening he called me * times while i was in a business meeting so i was not able to pick his calls. After around ** minutes i called him back he started talking to me rudely by saying that he was unable to locate my address and he is not free that he should deliver my parcel at whatever time i am saying. I even told him i was busy but still he stated it was my problem not his and he will not deliver the parcel again. Xpressbee should look into matter because there is no way that any delivery agent should talk the way he did despite me saying sorry.
