I had a card to be delivered from delhivery courier service. I got message from them at morning "out for delivery" with OTP. At the end of the day the delivery agent didn't contacted me for delivery and gave fake remarks in system that " I refused to accept the package" . Then I filled a complain in delhivery they told me address insufficient that's why delivery failed. Then I mailed them full address also alaternate phone number . But again next day same thing occurred. Again he gave fake remarks in system. After * days that delivery agent returned the product without my consent .
Please take strict action against them.
