The delivery agent was passing it's time by roaming around for * hour. He knew that, the customer will eventually cancel it's order and he will keep it. I had conversation with the swiggy associate but they as usual do not take this matter seriously and refund me the amount. The issue was not mainly about amount... you kept me waiting for * hours and every time swiggy associate contacted him( I said them to contact him on my behalf. I don't even know they did or not) he said will deliver in *min. He even did some thing to it's tracker(attachment) also see the whole chat(attachment)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
