Club Factory App - Delivered wrong size of product and later on not returning it.

I hv ordered * lingerie products from club factory app. As i was known lingerie products are not allowed to refund. But according to club factory parameters i.e. one size products are stretchable and fits to the persons from small size to large size. My size is medium but it too small for me. And its not even fits to a small size person. So I asked them to return it. So I place a return request, for that they ask me.to bear the ** rupees of amount for refunds which was not told before but i was agree to bear it. And today is *th day they r just making me fool , Still they are not returning the product and the quality of the product is so poor thats not even worth ** rupees.
I dnt want any money now. I just want to file a complain. Bloody cheaters.
