I placed an order for an on **th Nov **** for Westside Orange Vark kurta set - order id ********* and I received a wrong product against it, which was a Men’s shirt from Libby’s brand. Since then I have raised multiple return requests but every time it gets refused by their delivery partner saying that the product pictures don’t match what they have in their system. Also, I have forwarded the pics of wrong product which I received on their WhatsApp number which shud be given to their courier partner so that they can pick up my product but I m not sure why they are unable to do so. Also, last * times their courier partner mentioned that customer was not available so the item is not picked up. But , they are just putting fake comments as I was available at home and no one called me to pick up the product.
I have called your customer care so many times without any resolution. I need an urgent resolution to this issue as this is a high value article and I am at no fault if I get wrong product. Please treat this as a high urgency issue and escalate if required. I NEED my refund at the earliest.
