Netmeds.com - Delivered the wrong product and don t cooperate for return

I have ordered two vlcc haldi tulsi face wash but they delivered one wrong product. When I contact them for returning the product, they told me to send them images of the wrong product and batch no of the product. I have sent them the images many times. But every time they are reply that the images not clear. But those images which I sent them are clear and visible. They are are not communicating properly. What can I do??
