Flipkart - Delivered old used non-working laptop

Hello,

I have ordered a HP Pavlion Core I* laptop against order no. OD****************** on **-**-****. I received the laptop on **-**-****.

When opened the box product guide/operating manual was missing and when tried to switch on the laptop it was not showing anything on the screen. I have verified the same thing by connecting the charger the result was same. It seems the supplier (Maxtech **, Kemani building shop no-*, P.M road Mumbai - ******) have supplies old/used laptop as it not contain any manual or accessories.

This is the worst service from Flipkart the product cost is *****/-.
These people are regularly looting the people in such way, henceforth I cannot trust anymore on flipkart - a Fraudulent company.

My humble request to you, please look into the matter seriously.
