I didn't ordered any products throughout any apps/website but using my name and address they delivered a product and collected cash amount of Rs***.** .without contacting without asking for OTP they delivered non-ordered product.In that packaging no details found like my contact details product details product price details payment mode no information available.In packaging they mentioned

Mentioned as courier sent by Ecom Express private ltd through Reseller
Collected cash amount :Rs.***.**
I want to know the reason whom ordered the product using my name on which app the product ordered I want my money back pls get this product back nd refund my amount.If I didn't get solutions I truly move this to legal consumer crime and I'll make it as a big issue over Ecom pvt ltd services
