Crucial BX*** CT***BX***SSD* ***GB SATA *.* inch Internal Solid State Drive (Black) with the order referece id *********, Has been delivered by Delhivery on **th of June ****.
But I didn't received the product. I only got plastic covers and outer packages. I contacted customer care. They are not willing to solve this issue. They are talking like.. "My family memebers takes the product. Or search inside house. " etc... And they said their management team checked the packing video and conclude that "Right product is delivered to You".
They are insulting me that i take the product like thief or else my family members takes that....
I complained many times but they are saying they send correct product. But i didn't receive the product....
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
