I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S* (Rs.*****) on **st sept with exchange of my old phone. I received the package on **th Sept only to find Lenovo K* plus (Rs *****). I had complained to flipkart and they had promised me to resolve the issue within * pm next day but it seems like they are not taking any steps to resolve the issue. Kindly do the needful
