ACHYUT ANURAG filed complaint against Myntra on Nov 17, 2020
I bought a UCB sweat shirt which is torned or shredded from inside, myntra is not ready to exchange the product and a return request is placed from their side after a day i have seen the status to return request rejected because product didn't pass the quality check fact is that no body came to pick the return and i have the message from their side that courrier person can not pick up due to some problem
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
