Urban Ladder - Delivered damaged product and Product was not accepted after unpackaging for being damaged but still

Hello Sir,

My order id is T********* and I placed the order in August with full payment for a dining table. Couple of weeks back the delivery guys got the dining table at our place for delivery but the piece was defective so they themselves very easily took it back.

Now on Urban Ladder portal the status of my delivery table is delivered and when I reach out to your customer representatives they are saying there is no defect in the product, either take it or take alternate product. We will not give u a non defective piece or neither refund.
They are not ready to accept their quality team mistakes.
It seems they have imported it from china and now they can't return it back to there and not ready to accept the refund request.

I have reached out to you for the resolution asap.Attaching the defected dining table pictures. Defect is clearly depicted in the pictures.

The attach pictures are taken by their delivery personnel and we have received these images from Urban Ladder Itself.
I told them to take the view of any third party and if third party says it is not a defect then I am ready to accept it.
