Today at *:**PM i ordered food from burger king on zomato. Then i had been waited for one and half hour but they didn't deliver the order. When i complained about it to a agent then he canceled the order and he refunded the money with *** apology credit. By that credit i repeated the last order at *:** PM. At that time they delivered the same food which is prepared before for the last order. I complained about the concern but what they did is said sorry about it.But i want refund and they do not initiated it
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
