an order was placed with Amazon India for new Samsung S** Ultra mobile on *nd Septemeber ****and an used mobile was supplied on *th Sept ****, as it had Warranty activated well before my order date. i.e. **th August **** They are not allowed return of the product/refund or replace with a new one.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
