Tata Cliq luxury - Delievered Fault Product

Hi team,
I purchased canon sx***hs from tata cliq app. When I opened the box and did a initial test and checks, I found that camera's lcd is not good so I registered a return request on the same day. Now they are asking me to go to canon service center to have a job sheet and then they will initiate the return. I don't understand this because if they are delivering something bad then why customer would have this pain. I purchased it in reference of amazon and filpkart where they do care their customers but tata cliq is just harassing its customers. This is my mistake to choose tata cliq to buy from them but now I am seeking your support to get the refund from them. If you can then please help all by interfering in such bad processes they ask to follow customers. What is the meaning of e-commerce when customer have to go to market for newly purchased product.
