Hi,
I sent a package from Jalandhar to Gurgaon on **th February ****. The estimated delivery date was *th March ****.
As per the app details, the package is in Gurgaon since *rd March ****. Now, not sure why the package is not being delivered.
I have contacted the customer service repeatedly since the package is in Gurgaon, still received the standard response.
I don't have the parcel to get lost as it has a lot of valuable things in it.
Please check and respond.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
