Delhivery - Delhivery Link payment done twice but it shown payment failed but my acount debited twice of and R

I ordered from Zara app items for COD when my parcel arrived on **.**.** I tried to do payment through online link provided by Delhivery in sms. When I tried through online bank acount mode for the amount ***** it failed and I recieved sms from delhivery that your payment failed but my acount was debited. Again I tried to do online payment from the same link again it failed but again my acount got debited of ***** RS. Again I got sms as Oops! Payment attempted via payment link for AWB ************* failed. Any debited amount from your account will get refunded within *-* business days - Delhivery. Total ***** RS was debited from my acount. Once I contacted my bank they confirmed me that indeed payment was successful and merchant was credited the payment * times ***** and ***** in both attempts. Now it **.**.** till date neither Zara is confirming the reversal status nor delhivery is confirming. I have shared the my bank payment ID for both time payment details but still they are saying they are looking and reviewing the case but no confirmation of refund status.
