Udaan - Hiveloop Technology Private Limited - Delhivery courier not delivered my prepaid package

We have placed an order from udaan.com having an order id ODA*VYGM**K*OV and Paid For *,*** (Transaction ID Bank reference number *********** ) **th Mar ****, **:**pm and the order was shipped but it was not delivered me and not return to origin it is stucked somewhere. However delhivery officers and Udaan.com no one can take care of this. They neglected and Delhivery couriers ask him to refund from Udaan.com and Udaan.com ask him to refund from courier. But no one can response properly . So we requested you to kindly issue a proper legal notice against both the franchises immediately and refund my amount at the earliest. We will ready to born the charges of legal actions if any within limits.
