Delhivery - Delhivery agents refusing to deliver and pick up from our address

The first incident happened when I ordered some things from Amazon and one of the agents wrote 'delivered' even though he didn't deliver my package... After more than three days of complaining to Delhivery, the agent and left it in a nearby shop. He forged my husband's signature and wrote a letter..we complained to Delhivery but nothing was done. I made two more purchases from Mamaearth and Ajio which the Delhivery agent refused to deliver to my address but I had to go and pick it up by myself... They directly refused to deliver my packages in front of the Kohima Delhivery Courier manager. Now they are refusing to pick it up but updates that pick up was attempted which is a balant lie... If I don't get my package picked up then I will be losing out on rupees **** with an unwanted product.
