Shakti filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 10, 2020
Well I ordered something in Swiggy. The delievery partner asked me to pick up the food from a point *km from my address. All my point is I don't think delivery partner is entitled to full amount and part of this has to be refunded . I am also fine with voucher. We have a small market within this radius. If I have to move , Why would i not buy from there. The date for transaction is **th Nov **** and I didn't get satisfactory response from Swiggy customer care.
I have screenshots of chat and chat id where they have accepted that the incident happened but didn't take any steps to refund or compensate.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
