I ordered a shoe in mid of june**** and received it on ** June but the product was damaged and out of expectation. So I raised a return pick up and refund. I don't get any proper update on the pick up and refund details. They make me chase every day. I feel they are trying to loot on this. Please help us on the issue It's been more than two weeks for this issue they are making promises but no proper output just making me beat around the Bush The online store is club factory. And the order no is SO********.
