Hi,
I have done a hotel booking spicevacations.com subsidiary of Spicejet and as per them due to some technical issues they cannot confirm the hotel booking. my money is with them for almost * weeks and they are only assuring me to wait and delaying the processing of refund. their customer care is totally making weird excuses all the time. they do not have any number on which i can contact only they provide support using support@spicevacations.com. please help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
