Voltas 1 5 stars inverter split Ac - Delayed Service from Voltas for AC

I raised the service request on **-Apr-** SR -*********** , and since then I have followed up several times via customer care and/or service center. Unfortunately, no technician has visited yet, nor have I received any clear timeline for resolution. This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, especially given the current weather conditions.
Voltas is a reputed brand, and such a prolonged delay without proper communication is disappointing and not in line with expected service standards.

I request you to:

Arrange immediate service for my AC, and
Provide a clear confirmation and timeline for resolution.

If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
