I bought Kia Seltos and the car was delivered to me on **rd Jan ****.
I raised the following concerns in Feb **** w.r.t SR ID ******** which are still not addressed:
*. Registration is still pending and it’s taking ages. After so many follow ups it’s still not resolved.
*. I paid for bumper protectors which i never received from the dealer. It’s always out of stock. Neither they refund nor deliver
Very bad experience with Frontier Kia after sales service. Very very frustrating. My society gate entry is through park plus with RFID which is not working for me as I don’t have a number plate yet. I have to do manual entry every time I enter or exit.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
