Vodafone Idea Limited - Delayed refund for more than a month

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a compliant against vodafone idea Ltd. They are mentally harassing the customer and even after providing all valid proofs, not refunding my money since almost ** days now.

Gist of the matter:

I had ported my number ********** from Jio to VI and had booked a contactless card at home. The payment made was online (Details attached as an email below). However, after the telephonic verification yesterday, the SIM neither had the call balance/internet. Also, MY VI application was not displaying any recharges done. I called the helpline number in the morning today, but they said I have to visit the store. then, after this failed attempt, I went to the VI store at Palanpur Patia, Surat, where they directed me to get a new recharge done, so I did INR *** recharge and paid by cash, I have got the recharge done but what about the INR *** already paid, they never refunded the money. I have been writing to them since September **, **** and they have been calling me almost daily to ask the same questions again and again. on Email also, they are very illiterate and inconsiderate towards customer issues.

This is not the way one should function. I am mentally harassed by these people almost everyday, still no proper response or refund has been received.

I want my money refunded and want to get relieved from this torture. Pls ensure that action is taken in this regard.
