Flipkart - Delayed orders from Flipkart

Raviteja filed complaint against Flipkart on Apr 21, 2021

Order OD****************** was supposed to deliver from Flipkart on **th April. It has reached by nearest Flipkart hub but I got a message they delivery will be done by **th April. When asked the Flipkart service they couldn't help out in this and gives vague answers. They notifying me the status available in the order history. As a result of this I had to buy another daiper pack *** for * days which is an additional burden due to this delay.
I always poor customer service from Flipkart, orders cancelled without notification, delayed orders
