Sunil Dangwal filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 14, 2021
I placed an order for food from Swiggy on *-*-**** which was delayed and did not reach me till midnight by when we fell asleep. Next day when we contacted Swiggy they told that as their delivery executive could not contact us after ** AM midnight, they cancelled the order. Further they said that they charged the entire order amount as cancellation fee which is illegal. Their support chat staff say that they can't do anything about it now
