Dear Customer (PNR: DF**FA): Due to operational reason, your SpiceJet flight SG *** from Goa (Dabolim) has been revised. Here are the updated details: SG ***, ** May **, Goa (Dabolim) - Pune (Terminal *), **** hrs - **** hrs.
The flight was supposed to take iff at *.** after being delayed.
They hurried and made us board. Hundreds if passengers are standing on the aerobridge and not being allowed on the flight It is now **** hours.
They do this to avoid * hours delay penalty to be paid to customers!
I tried to complain on the spicejet website, it refuses stating you have already boarded.
