The flight was scheduled at **:**. Every time I prefer to take this flight back home and every time without any failure Indigo delays the flight with a templated apologetic message that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to the passenger. Interestingly they also quote that being on time is a habit for them. Such farcical exuberance is only devaluating the image of the brand. They should really stop quoting that line
