I have ordered an Ac from Flipkart on may **th, which was scheduled to be delivered by june *th . on june *th the gati courrier (which provides logistics to flipkart) guys called me and said they were going to deliver the product on *th at around *PM but i have office from *:** to *:** so i personally cant collect the product and i stay alone in the place that i recently moved so i dont even know the neighbors . so i told the gati courrier guys that please deliver the product after *PM so that i can collect the product but kept on saying that they cant deliver the product after *PM this went on for a whole week after which flipkart cancelled my order without my consent and they are asking me to place a fresh order after the money is credited into my account (which will take *-* working days) this issue has caused me immense amount of time waste (i intended to buy the ac in summer but because of this delay i have to buy the ac in the monsoon, which btw is of no use ).
Please look into this issue as i dont want this to happen with any other and flipkart should learn a lesson (of getting **/* logistics support, not the one who says we wont deliver after *PM)
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
