I sent very important parcel via dtdc from Pune to Vadodara. I asked on **th march by calling Pune branch of dtdc about whether it could be delivered the next day as it was very urgent. The respondent girl convinced that if you do air courier by fast service. It will reach the next day. I opted for the same. Despite this, it reached the destination * days later.. * days delay. When complained, company is only saying that it’s on time. Sometimes they just put apologies. The girl in Pune dtdc just rudely rejecting that it wasn’t her fault, she asked higher people about next day but due to company’s mistake and courier boy unavailability , it didn’t reach,. Whereas company denying that it wasn’t next day delivery. I have all the proofs of talks with Pune dtdc saying next day delivery will be done and the mails showing the date of delayed delivery. Despite mailing them repeatedly that the refund should be given for this unacceptable delay..they are not at all bothered. Instead saying . “Ek baar ho gya… kya Kare ab. “ such a pathetic brand… no resolution on mail/ calls / even social media…
