I ordered KFC chicken wings and fries and I got delivery after * hours **minutes.
I was on trip and wanted to enjoy hot chicken wings and what I got was cold too cold wings and fries.
Delivery boy said he had multiple order to deliver so he came last to deliver my order and the food received was too cold.
Nobody wants to pay ***-*** and eat cold wings.
And swiggy guys are offering me ***rs coupon,no I don't want it I want my full refund.
This is very very disappointing swiggy is failing to deliver service better compared to Zomato.
I had faced this issue with swiggy twice and not at all with Zomato.
I have swiggy one membership and Zomato gold.
If Zomato delivers late i don't even need to raise the issue they themselves gives me coupon of full amount.
And if order is too late I get full refund to my account after one email.
But swiggy is not up to the mark , following up again and again over email and chat support didn't get refund yet.
Just getting apologies
I have proof of emails and chats.
