Reliance Digital - Delayed delivery and arrogant behavior

Hello this is Dr bharath kumar...I have purchased lg *.*ton ac on **th April **** from near by reliance digital store .on a commitment basis of next day delivery before *pm by sales person hari and venu....but they failed to do so and delivered me the product on **th April *pm in the evening that too after repeated calls and personally I visited the store for *times...and installation was not done even now on *nd May *pm....the store manager samrat..shiresha ..sales persons venu and hari such a frauds and irresponsible reckless behavior they harrased me mentally ...I need my justice and they need to know how they should behave with customers
