Flipkart - Delayed delivery (replacement)

I ordered asus zenfone max pro m* on **th june, the item delivered at *rd july was defective so I requested replacement on * the product was picked and on ** new product was shipped to me(expected delivery date was **th), at ** the product reached cochin and on **th the product is out for delivery at cochin(***km away from my home)without any message or calls and at the end of the day it's telling undelivered due to receiver requested delivery on another date (no such moves made by me).The same thing happened on **, **, **, **, **, and today.contacted flipkart but they are telling the item will reach you by *pm.my money ***** is with them and not giving either the product or the money.Made more than **+ calls and **+ chats.i suffered a lot and behind this from **th onwards, i need my ***** and compensation for cheating and wasting my time(making *to * calls, waiting for courier consecutively etc).Please do help
